Passionate product design leader with over 15 years of experience at top tech companies like Spotify and Instagram.

Currently, I’m the Director of Product Design at Glassdoor, where I lead design for Community and AI initiatives that help people connect, belong, and navigate their careers with confidence.

Before this, I was the Head of Design at New_Public, where I led the development of products aimed at fostering healthier digital public spaces.

At Instagram, I led the Equity Team's design efforts to remove barriers for marginalized communities, and at Spotify, I designed Spotify for Artists, providing creators with valuable insights and tools.
